Cancellations/reschedule request are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations/reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. No shows are charged 100% of  scheduled service and all future appointments will require a 100% non refundable/transferable deposit.
